STOCKS & COMMODITIES TOUR FOR SUBSCRIPTION SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES:

(1) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only over the Internet and only to all natural persons, age 18 and older as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of the 50 United States and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec). Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, their divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

(2) How to Enter: Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway. Sweepstakes Online: Complete the survey found directly at http://www.Traders.com/Tour/Drawing.html. When entering from the Traders.com site, click on the "New to Technical Analysis" or "What's In It for Me?" link, and then follow the directions. Once you complete the questions and click on the "Send" button on the Survey page, you will automatically be entered into Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway. You may enter once for the Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway. One winner of a free subscription will be randomly chosen at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on each of July 31, 1999; August 31, 1999; September 30, 1999; October 31, 1999; November 30, 1999; and December 31, 1999. Winners will be notified via E-mail within one week. All prize claims are subject to verification. Six (6) Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway prizes are available.

(3) All entries become Sponsor's property. Each eligible Online entry as described above constitutes an entry into the Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway, limit one entry during the course of the Sweepstakes.

(4) Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway Prize: One (1) Prize awarded each Month: A one-year subscription to Technical Analysis of STOCKS & COMMODITIES, The Traders' Magazine. Subscription includes the annual Bonus Issue. Prize winners will be responsible for all federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is transferable.

(5) Winners: Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway Prize Winner will be selected in an electronically randomized manner by Technical Analysis on July 31, 1999; August 31, 1999; September 30, 1999; October 31, 1999; November 30, 1999; and December 31, 1999; and whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on total number of entries received. Random Chance Drawing Monthly Giveaway Prize Winners will be notified by E-mail within one month after the prize drawing. All winners may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility/liability-publicity release, which must be signed and returned so that it is received within 21 days of date, printed on notification. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of all rights to prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Winner's acceptance and/or use of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner's name, voice, hometown, state/province, country and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation. Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill question without either human or mechanical aid if selected as a winner in order to receive a prize. PLEASE ALLOW 6 TO 8 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF PRIZES AFTER THE DRAWING.

(6) General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (a) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (b) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (d) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, financial loss, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
