Thomson Financial announced partnerships with CCN and Fair Disclosure
Financial Network (FDFN). Through these partnerships, Thomson Financial's
corporate and institutional clients will be able to access comprehensive
conference call summaries and transcripts of quarterly conference calls
held by publicly traded companies.
To provide this service, Thomson Financial is partnering with CCN, a
provider of reports of corporate conference calls to the investment community,
and FDfn, a company that provides near real-time, full-text transcripts
of earnings conference calls directly to subscribers via the Internet.
CCN produces comprehensive reports of corporate conference calls covering
over 750 public companies. FDfn provides subscribers to AnalystCall with
access to the streaming text of a call as early as 10 minutes into the
live conference call. Users can immediately download this content as a
plain text document. Soon after the conference call has ended, FDfn's
technology creates an interactive transcript that allows subscribers to
search the call transcript, find a section of interest, click on it, and
