Bruce R. Faber, Staff Writer

Technical Analysis of STOCKS & COMMODITIES

My title is "Staff Writer," but the position involves much more than what writing I still do. As something of a jack-of-all-trades, I do what I can to facilitate the smooth operation of the editorial staff. The "Futures Liquidity" and "Books For Traders" you see in the magazine every month are pages under my responsibility. I get the articles for which the Traders' Tip are written into the hands of those who actually write the tips. The Trade News section is something I do a lot of work on also.

If you write an article for STOCKS & COMMODITIES, the calculation of your honorarium rest on my shoulders. Of course I still write an article, or do a product review now and then, but much of my contribution is now made behind the scenes, such as taking care of our library, working on the office equipment and doing my best to create smiles around the office.

Before S&C I spent 23 years in the Flight Service option of the Air Traffic branch of the Federal Aviation Administration. I enjoy photography, working with computers, writing poetry and short stories, working on cars, fishing, bowling, traveling and exploring the Oregon coast. That's in addition to the good stuff everybody likes. You know, sunsets, walking on the beach, movies, good food, etc., and trading, of course.
