XpressTrade Introduces Online Forex Trading

XpressTrade,
LLC, announced it has begun to offer direct, electronic access to the
over-the-counter foreign exchange market. XpressTrade's self-directed,
online trading customers will have access to all US futures exchanges,
eight of the leading foreign futures exchanges, and the over-the-counter
forex market - all through a single online broker.
In conjunction with this new forex trading service, XpressTrade also
has launched a new public website. The spot forex market is the largest,
most liquid, and most accessible market in the world. With a daily trading
volume of over $1.5 trillion, the spot forex market is substantially larger,
more active, and more liquid than the $50 billion daily market for equities
and the $30 billion futures market.
Initially, XpressTrade will offer trading in 17 different currency pairs,
featuring one-click trading from real-time, streaming quotes, and 24-hour
trading.

Lime Brokerage Focuses On Automated Traders

Brokerage announced a jump to 80,000 transactions executed per day
within six months of beginning to accept customer orders. This growth was
driven by Lime's focus on the needs of automated and sophisticated
traders.
The Lime Brokerage API allows trading algorithms to receive market data,
manage positions, and execute trades. Lime Brokerage is connected to all
the major electronic communication networks and permits trading of US stocks

Instinet To Acquire Island ECN

Instinet
Group has agreed to acquire Island ECN in an all-stock transaction.
This combination will create a global electronic trading platform, offering
investors and traders access to a deep liquidity pool and a broad range
of value-added services. In connection with the transaction, Instinet expects
to pay a cash dividend. Island's stockholders will own approximately
25% of Instinet common stock on a fully diluted basis. The combination
is expected to deliver significant synergies as a result of expanded liquidity
and cost savings in clearing, technology, facilities and administration.

Matheny Enterprises Offers Revised TradeStation Modules
