Prophet Financial Systems has added real-time mini-sized Dow futures
data (MiniDow) to the company's online technical analysis suite,
the company announced. Based on the Dow Jones Industrial Average, mini-sized
Dow futures contracts are traded through the Chicago Board of Trade and
allow traders to profit from the ups and downs of the world's leading
stock index. MiniDow contracts are an instrument for traders looking for
liquidity and volatility in today's market. For $34.95 a month,
traders can monitor the market with real-time streaming portfolios and

Both services are available for free for 30 days to eSignal subscribers.

In other news, Interactive Data has agreed to acquire S&P ComStock,
a real-time information service that provides worldwide financial data,
news, historical information and software applications, from The McGraw-Hill
Cos., for $115 million in cash. The transaction is subject to customary
closing conditions, including governmental approvals and that of McGraw-Hill
Cos.' board of directors. S&P ComStock is a unit of Standard
& Poor's, which is a division of McGraw-Hill. ComStock covers
equity, fixed income, foreign exchange, commodities, and money markets,
providing information from more than 180 stock exchanges and other sources.

Liffe Markets Lists 15 New Products
Nasdaq Liffe Markets, LLC (NQLX), listed 15 new single stock futures
as of January 6, 2003, the exchange said. The addition of these stocks
takes the total NQLX product number to 54 futures on individual stocks
and four exchange traded funds. NQLX is a fully electronic, federally regulated
exchange formed as a joint venture between The Nasdaq Stock Market and
Liffe (London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange).
