Trade Center has launched System Center, a web-based platform that allows
users to analyze trading systems in many ways. Users can now compare systems
side by side in a graphic-based format at no charge. Investors use tabs

customer support. In other news, Rand has been approved as a clearing member
of the Chicago Climate Futures Exchange (CCFE). The Ccfe launched trading
of standardized and cleared futures contracts on sulfur dioxide emission
allowances on December 10, 2004.
