If the installer does not run properly please go to your extensions manager and select the "Base" extensions for your operating system and restart your computer. Run the SNC216 Install program again. Any questions email SNC@Traders.com.

Step 1

Go to the upper left hand corner of your Macintosh and select the Apple pull down menu.

Go to Control Panel and select Extensions or Extensions manager.

Please turn off all unnecessary extensions. Choose "Base" extensions for your operating system.

Restart your computer.

Step 2

Open up the folder named MAC on your copy of S&C on CD.

Double-Click SNC216 Install.

You will need to provide the Product ID and the Input String in order to successfully install S&C on CD. Please email these unique strings to SNC@Traders.com. Be sure to carefully record the correct values. These are absolutely necessary for your copy of S&C on CD to install and work on your machine.

You must install Acrobat Reader 3.01 and Acrobat Search from your copy of S&C on CD.Do not use older versions of Acrobat Reader. After installation, make sure under the menu File/Preference/Search that the "Show Fields" box is checked and the menu item File/Preferences/General "Smooth Text and Monochrome Images" is unchecked.
